Overview

The RBIMon (Reliability Burn-In Monitoring) software independently configures, controls and monitors power supply and DAQ* channels, enabling unattended burn-in process automation

Features

  • Test Results in a Single Display

    Test status and summary results are shown in a single display page, without having to move from one page to another. Critical indicators such as test reliability ID, real-time voltage/current, duration, limits, are displayed per test Group and per slot. Alert messages requiring operator attention is clearly visible whenever a parameter surpasses the user defined test limit

  • Product Test Management

    The user’s device electrical, environmental and test duration parameters are stored in recipes, which can be retrieved at any time to start a test. The number of recipes are unlimited, and operators do not require to remember specific device test parameters, hence reducing human error. Starting, stopping, pausing and resuming tests is simple via a button click at the top center position within the software interface.

  • Pre-test via the Sys Check feature

    The system check is for system maintenance, troubleshooting, continuity and DUT checks. Users have the flexibility to control the power supplies individually. One of the main notable usage is to perform device reproducibility and repeatability checks via repeated testing to obtain minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation.

  • Comprehensive Solution from Test to Analysis

    The RBIMon software is designed to be configurable to support a wide range of programmable power supplies (or equivalent hardware). The software architecture allows the flexibility of scaling or adding more power supplies in the future as testing needs evolve. A companion analysis software named DataXpert can be used to load historical test data, overlay multiple channels and parameters (voltage, current, temperature, humidity) all in one graph.
